Terms & Conditions
MARIA.B. BANGLADESH Gift Vouchers are available for purchase online and at official retail outlets and are redeemable exclusively at official outlets within Bangladesh, subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Purchase & Delivery
1.1 Printed Gift Vouchers are available for purchase at official Maria.B. Bangladesh outlets.
1.2 Gift Voucher can be redeemed at outlet only.
1.3 Digital Gift Vouchers are available for purchase through the official website: www.mariabbd.com via advance payment only.
1.3 Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not applicable for Gift Voucher purchases.
1.4 After successful payment confirmation, the Digital Gift Voucher will be delivered to the purchaser’s designated address within 2–3 days inside Dhaka and 3–4 days outside Dhaka.
1.6 Public holidays and government holidays are excluded from the processing timeline.
2. Redemption
2.1 Each Gift Voucher is redeemable once and must be used in a single transaction.
2.2 Multiple products may be purchased using one voucher in the same invoice.
2.3 More than one voucher cannot be combined in a single transaction.
2.4 If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid using available payment options.
2.5 Any remaining balance after redemption shall not be refunded, credited, or adjusted.
3. Validity
3.1 The voucher is valid 24 months from the date of activation.
3.2 Expired vouchers shall not be accepted.
4. Restrictions
4.1 Vouchers are applicable on regular-priced merchandise only unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Promotional, discounted, or campaign items excluded at the company’s discretion.
4.3 Vouchers are redeemable only at official Maria.B. Bangladesh outlets and the official website: www.mariabbd.com.
5. Security & Liability
5.1 Each voucher is issued with a unique serial number and verification code/QR.
5.2 Lost, stolen, damaged, copied, or unauthorized vouchers will not be replaced.
5.3 The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1 Products purchased using a Gift Voucher shall follow Maria.B. Bangladesh’s standard return policy.
6.2 The Gift Voucher itself is non-refundable.
Maria.B. Bangladesh reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the company’s decision shall be final.
