What is your international shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days for international orders. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my luxury embroidered garments?
To preserve the quality of intricate embroidery and delicate fabrics, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only. Avoid direct sunlight when drying and always iron on the reverse side using a low heat setting.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has moved into the processing or shipping phase, we are unable to make further changes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customized or stitched-to-order outfits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
